uulj Terms and Conditions: What Members Need to Know

1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Member", "you") and uulj ("uulj", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing, registering, depositing into, or using any part of the uulj website located at uulj.app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to comply with them in full.

uulj operates as an online gaming and sports entertainment platform serving members in the Philippines. All activities on the platform — including account creation, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, sports betting, promotional redemption, and VIP programme participation — are subject to these Terms and any supplementary rules published by uulj for specific products or promotions.

These Terms are written in Philippine English and apply to all members regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access uulj. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you also accept these Terms on that person's behalf, subject to the eligibility rules in Section 2.

2. Account eligibility

To register and maintain a uulj account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You have not been permanently excluded from uulj for prior breaches of these Terms.

uulj reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. Accounts that cannot be verified may have transactions withheld until verification is complete. Any account found to have been opened by a minor will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited subject to applicable law.

3. Registration rules

Each member is permitted to hold only one active uulj account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be closed. Balances on duplicate accounts may be confiscated, and promotional benefits obtained through multiple accounts will be cancelled.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and identification that can be verified. Submitting false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are personal and must not be shared with any third party. uulj will never ask for your password through email, chat, or phone. Any activity recorded on your uulj account is your responsibility, unless you have formally reported unauthorised access in accordance with Section 4.

4. Account security

Keeping your uulj account secure is a shared responsibility. The following measures apply to all members:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other services.
• Do not access your uulj account over unsecured or public Wi-Fi connections.
• Log out after every session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Enable any additional security features made available by uulj for your account type.
• Notify uulj immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or if your login details have been compromised.

uulj will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account, subject to the limitation of liability provisions in Section 13. Reasonable steps will be taken to investigate reported security incidents, but resolution timelines may vary.

5. Deposits

All deposits on uulj are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount and available payment methods are specified within the platform at the time of transaction. Accepted payment options may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking, as well as Visa and Mastercard bank cards, subject to current availability.

• Deposits must be funded from a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted.
• Deposits that cannot be verified against the registered account may be held pending review.
• uulj does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency, or payment through informal transfer channels.
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any applicable verification checks.

uulj is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or network conditions outside our direct control. If a deposit appears to be missing, contact uulj support with the transaction reference number.

6. Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of available funds subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as the uulj account.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus credits must be satisfied before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• uulj may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing a withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the platform and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawal timelines depend on the payment method selected and internal processing requirements.

7. Bonuses and promotions

uulj may offer promotional bonuses including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback, rebates, free bets, and VIP-related rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. Members are responsible for reading the applicable promotional conditions before opting in.

• Bonuses are credited to the member's account balance in PHP unless otherwise stated.
• A wagering requirement defines the total amount that must be wagered on qualifying games or bets before a bonus-related balance can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated from the bonus amount unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Not all games or markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contributions are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Unused or incomplete bonus requirements after the stated period will be removed from the account.

Accepting a promotional offer is always optional. Members should never deposit more than their planned budget in order to meet a promotional condition.

8. Betting and gaming rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on uulj:

• Bets placed and confirmed are binding. uulj will not cancel a confirmed bet at a member's request except where a clear technical error is identified.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds display, game result, or bet settlement, uulj reserves the right to void affected bets and return the original stake.
• uulj does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, sports market, or live event at any given time.
• Results are determined by the relevant game software, officiating body, or licensed live event provider. uulj's settlement is based on these declared results.
• Suspected match manipulation, collusion, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities will result in immediate account review and potential suspension.

9. Prohibited conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, cancellation of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one uulj account for any purpose.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• Coordinating multiple accounts to artificially complete wagering requirements or generate bonus returns.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or configuration errors for financial advantage.
• Accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of uulj.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Any action designed to defraud uulj, other members, or payment providers.

uulj reserves the right to determine whether conduct falls within the above categories. Decisions made in good faith on the basis of available evidence are binding, subject to the appeal process available through uulj support.

10. Privacy and personal data

uulj collects and processes personal data as required to operate the platform, verify member identities, process transactions, and meet applicable regulatory obligations. By registering on uulj, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Members have the right to request access to the personal data held about them, subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements. 11. Responsible gaming

uulj is committed to a responsible approach to gaming entertainment. These commitments reflect both our obligations and our values as a platform serving Filipino members.

• Gaming on uulj is intended for entertainment purposes only and is not a method of generating income or recovering financial losses.
• No result, odds value, or pattern of past outcomes can guarantee future winnings.
• Members are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time limits, and betting limits before each session.

12. Account suspension, restriction, and closure

uulj may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a member's account in any of the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in the platform's current inactivity policy.
• Receipt of a valid court order or regulatory instruction requiring suspension or disclosure.
• A member's own voluntary closure request submitted through official uulj support channels.

Where an account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, balances may be withheld until the investigation is concluded. Where suspension results from a member breach, balances may be forfeited in accordance with the specific rule that was breached.

Members who voluntarily close their account may request withdrawal of their remaining real-money balance, subject to any active wagering requirements and verification conditions being met.

13. Limitation of liability

uulj makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or real-time data at all times. The following limitations apply:

• uulj is not liable for losses arising from network outages, device failures, or internet connectivity problems beyond our control.
• uulj is not liable for losses caused by a member's failure to secure account credentials or access devices.
• uulj is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings.
• The maximum liability of uulj to any member in connection with any single event or series of events is limited to the real-money balance held in the member's uulj account at the time of the event.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in the Philippines.

14. Amendments to these Terms

uulj reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, uulj will notify members by posting a notice within the platform or through registered contact details. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the uulj website.

Members who continue to use the platform after the effective date of any amendment are considered to have accepted the updated Terms. If you disagree with any change, you should discontinue use of the uulj platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.

Minor editorial changes — such as correcting typographical errors or clarifying existing rules without altering their meaning — may be made without advance notice.
